Can anyone tell me what info I should get from Igor's list, I have gone from 491 to 493, that has to be a bad thing?

It's not a bad thing, it means more people have completed their timelines and their applications was approved before yours. Don't panic.

Igor's list is not the real queue at USCIS.

It says in your signature you have been approved so you don't need to bother with Igor's list anymore. Do you have it filtered so it shows approvals as well as those waiting for approval?
