hi everyone! Just have my oath taking ceremony today. Yeheeyyyy!!! At last huh!

Just wanna know if I should submit the original copy of my naturalization certificate in filing I-130 Petition for my mom. Aside from the fees and my birth certificate what other documents do I need to submit? When am i suppose to submit affidavit of support? Should I enclose it with my I-130 application or should I submit it thereafter when I receive a notice of action?

Please help me on these.. anyone?? I would greatly appreciate your answers to my dilemma.

Thank you so much!

NO ,donot send ur original certificate of citizenship, only send photocopy of this certificate and photocopy of ur ur birth certificate, make sure it mentions ur mother`s name on it,to prove that beneficiary is ur real mom.No other document is required at this stage unless DHS ask for further evidence.send these two photocopied documents with complete I-130 form with required fees check,do not need to send affadavit of support yet.

i am now on the process for my citizenship, and as soon as it is done i will apply to petition my mother.....my BIG problem is...on my birth certificate her name is misspelled....the last letter of her name SHOULD BE E, but is shows A....just a typo error...when i submit my I-130, do i need to submit other proofs? all her docs like her marriage cert, her birth cert, her ID, my baptismal cert, all these docs has the correct spelling of her name....pls advise me what to do! thanks in advance.
