My husband and I submitted the AOS application last march 7th, 2009 not knowing we needed to include I 693 form from civil surgeon. In the list that was provided by the USCIS state of Decatur, Goergia it only says: I-485, I-864,I-131,G-325A, I765, plus other requirements including vaccination supplement from the country you came. It did not specify I 693 form thats why we did not provide any. Will this be a cause of an RFE for us? Is there anyone from VJ who didnt submit I693 only vaccination supplement from their own country but still approved without RFE? I am just little worried rightnow..thanks

We only sent Vaccination record and were approved.

We knew about the 693 but chose to take a calculated risk.

Some peeps get away and no RFEs and some don't. It's a ####### shoot. If you included the DS 3025 you may get lucky. May get lucky even if you didn't/

Best to get things lined up with a civil surgeon in case you are one of the unlucky ones.
