Case at USEM

Our case has finially left MVC on March 6 after 2 months in MVC. I called USEM to try and schedule interview for my fiance and was told that the USEM needs to review all the paper work and it will take 2 to 4 weeks for this to be complete. Is this normal? Also I was told that we will recieve info through the mail when we can schedule for the interview. I thought that once USEM recieved paper work from MVC you could call and schedule for interview, and that USEM sent you info to your email and not through the mail. So my question is this, how long after USEM recieves the case does it take to schedule for your interview? Thank you all for the great info provided here.

if you are rushing things you don't have to wait for the usem letter to arrive to your beneficiary before you can schedule the interview. i was keeping track of our case # from USCIS to NVC and to USEM. NVC sent our docs to USEM feb 20 and reached usem feb 24. I also called the call center feb 26 and tried to schedule an interview but they advised me to call back after about 2 weeks. I called back march 4 and i was able to schedule my interview. Today is march 11 and i had my interview earlier got approved and went home and only to find out that DHL just delivered the USEM letter telling me to try to make my interview appointment and go for my medical. I am from Quezon city so it should only take a few days to send a letter to my house but in my case i do not need that letter anymore hahaha. goodluck!

Just try to call them back in 4 days or a week. Don't wait for the mail because it takes too long before you receive it. I have experienced that before but we keep trying calling them and finally we get the interview schedule, maybe for now if you get NVC letter showing the MNL case number tell your fiancee to get ready for medical. She is good to go once you have it..

A week from March 6, you can call USEM to schedule your interview. If they'll say they don't have it in their system, DHL have not delivered it yet so just try calling USEM again.
