biometrics-when?

hello.i have just a one simple question . once you mailed all the documents and that I-751 form to the USCIS, when did you go for the biometrics and fingerprints. i just mailed everything to the immigration sometime this week, they got it on friday the 6th of march, so i am guessing i might be going for the biometrics sometime in april??? well, i am just being curious, we have a 2 week vacation planned, leaving the last week of april, so i am just hoping i will be done with the biometrics by then.thanks

I sent out mine on Dec 29 and had my biometrics on Jan 27, 2009

Usually within a month from sending, for me it was exactly a month from sending, and once you receive the biometrics letter if the date is still a bit far you can try going in for a walk in biometrics if they're empty.

It shouldn't be to long. I sent out my husbands paper work February 3, then my NOA February 10 and a few days later i got a letter in the mail saying he had a biometrics appointment for March 4. So it was just about three weeks from the time they sent out my NOA. I think you should have an appointment the last week in March to the first week in April. Probably no later than the second week in April.

hello. thank you very much for your replies. i was thinking my appointment would probably be like 1 month after they receive all my papers. i will be checking the mailbox everyday!!! thank you and have nice day everybody.
