Here's our story:

> Monday February 23.......10:45 a.m. My fiancée completed her interview and received the white slip marked "Submission of Required Document(s)".

> Thursday February 26.....1:45 p.m. My fiancée submitted the required document (an original I-129F, page 3) to the USEM.

> Friday February 27.........8:30 a.m. USEM Case Worker #1 called my fiancee and told her that they lost our I-134 as well as our other financial documents. He told her that she would be required to submit another original I-134, and copies of my Income Tax Return, my Tax Transcript, and my W-2 Form.

> Friday February 27.........9:00 a.m. I called the USEM and spoke with Case Worker #2 (the one responsible for our file). He told me that our documents were "misplaced" and he assured me that we would not need to submit any more documents. He said that he would put our file on the Consul Officer's desk in order for it to be expedited.

> Friday February 27.........1:00 p.m. Not trusting the USEM, my fiancée submitted a copy of my I-134 and the other financial documents anyway. Even though the USEM does not accept documents on Friday, my fiancée used the Case Worker's names to talk her way past the guard, the information desk, and the woman at Window 17.

> Thursday March 5..........11:00 a.m. My fiancée picked up her visa at the Bacolod air21/Fed Ex distribution center (she couldn't wait for the afternoon delivery...muah!). It cost P220 (COD).
