Quick question: I am filling out an I-864 for my wife. I do not meet the poverty limits. However, my father does and I already had him fill out the I-864 so my wife is covered by him.

Here is my question: Do I still need to fill an I-864 out for my wife or is it fine for my father to be her only sponsor?

India, gun buyback and steamroll.

You are her primary sponsor. Your father is a cosponsor.

As a primary sponsor you will also need to fill out an I-864 and include the supporting documents.

Mama to 2 beautiful boys (August 2011 and January 2015)
