Hi guys!

Just a VERY fast question about the G-325A.

It asks for my previous residence outside of the US for more than one year.

I have recently moved, and was at my previous address for EXACTLY one year - to the day.

Feb 08-Feb 09.

The exact phrasing asks:

Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year.

Do I put my previous apartment that I was at for exactly a year, or the residence I was at before that, where I was for 6 years?

I'm probably being far too ####### about everything, but I want to make sure it's all correct.

Thanks, AGAIN, for everyone's help, you guys have been incredibly helpful

It wouldn't hurt to put it in. Put them both in!

But the instructions do state "of more than one year." - however, they are looking for gaps. Don't have any

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
