I would think she is lying but if know I would like to know how she did it, I have a few I wouldn't mind getting banned from the US embassy in Manila :lol:

Your fiancee should know better. Who is the Mom anyway to ban her from the US Embassy? Anybody can make a threat but I am sure that she is smart enough to know if the threat is valid or not. File your petition and just be truthful in in all your answers on the form. Maybe it is better if your fiancee doesn't claim US citizenship because her Mom is one. Just follow the procedure and have all the documentation ready.

My fiance finally got a hold of her US citizen mom and her mom was very mean to her and told her that she banned her from the embassy. She said she had her banned. IS that even possible or is the mom lying? I am 90% sure she is but I want to be 100% sure

Mommy is so mean huh! Banned her at the US Embassy? I don't think so. She should have a legitimate reason to ban her. She lied.

HAHAHA....I agree. Like I said...it sounded ridiculous to me....I just wanted to make 100% sure. My fiance called me crying. She is very gullible but very kind.

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony
