I posted this on the Canadian forum but it's kinda dead there today :P

I'm a little confused on a few things (as usual) and any help would be greatly appreciated.

On question 8 on the I-134 when they ask for dependents, is that referring only to children (if I had any)instead of my fiance?

When they say they want this form submitted in duplicate, are they wanting one orginal and one copy of the I-134 taken to the interview?

Does this 'duplicate' deal, go for the employer letter and bank letter too?

Also, is it necessary to put the amount of money I have sitting in the bank on this form? The bank will be filling out the letter showing my deposits and balance anyway.

And one more thing. On the checklist he got, it states that a marriage certificate is needed. I was married once before. Are they asking for that certificate or what is that pertaining to exactly?

Thanks for the help everyone.
