RFE for Medical Exam - K1??

I need some help here... My husband received an RFE for I-693 Medical Examination. He already had a full exam and blood testing done before entering the US less than a year ago. We did neglect to send in a vaccination supplement with the AOS application.

He called in and was told by someone that they didn't know but "They guessed he should get another one"

My understanding is that all we need to do is send in the vaccination supplement...

Has anyone else had this experience... if so what should we do? please!

If you are going through California then just get the medical. 2 other VJ'ers had RFE's for the exact same thing and had also had it within the year, they tried to explain in a letter and both received denials by mail.

One of these quite recently happened, so if I was in your shoes I would be getting a medical, it stinks but it's safer!

Yes, go get the ENTIRE medical! Too many people on here have been denied due to just sending in the supplement for the RFE.
