questions reguarding interview in HCMC

Timeline

I'm just wondering if they're going speak english to my fiance on her interview date at the US embassy in HCMC. She doesn't speak english at all, im just wondering if this going to be a problem? please help

Timeline

You should have interview by your native language but IF you prefer English then they will give you English. The reason for people chơosing english is having direct communication which is a plus. The majority of interviews have been conducted in beneficiary's languAGE.

If you don't speak English, she is not required to speak English either instead of you guys have common language. Assume that you speak English only and nothing else, which way you communicate with other, even body language needs close distant also.

05/03/2008 - 2nd time to meet at her house also, begin our serious relationship

05/012/2008 - returned States

07/03/2008 - accepted as being my lover, after long ... long several trials, begin paper work collected

08/06/2008 - I-129F sent

08/08/2008 - NOA1 received by mail

12/24/2008 - approved

12/25/2008 - approval notice email sent from CRIS

12/31/2008 - received hard copy of NOA2

01/05/2009 - NVC received

01/05/2009 - stuck in NVC for AP

02/25/2009 - Ash Wednesday 2009: in AP for 7 weeks and 2 days = 51 days

02/26/2009 - NVC left

03/02/2009 - HCM Consulate General received electronic file

03/19/2009 - Packet 3 received

03/23/2009 - Packet 3 sent

04/17/2009 - Packet 4 received

05/26/2009 - Interview date

blue sheet: submit medical examination results

sworn, notarized statement

relatives of beneficiary

ex-spouse's information

06/23/2009 - require med exam results

12/09/2009 - 2nd blue sheet: suggested treatment of health condition

04/06/2010 - white sheet: schedule for re-interview

04/12/2010 - white sheet: required police certification

05/10/2010 - submit police certificate: PINK

05/17/2010 -

05/24/2010 -

06/02/2010 - visa received in hand (05/26/2010 signed)

06/12/2010 - Church wedding ceremony

06/21/2010 - POE: LAX (06/23/2010 visa expired)

06/23/2010 - civil wedding ceremony

08/03/2010 - submitted I-485 along with I-765 and I-131

Are you Vietnamese? If so, she can interview in Vietnamese and you will be fine.

Yes, i'm Vietnamese, i am only 26 , and my fiance is 23. We didn't even get our NOA2 yet, i got the NOA1 9-9-08 and still waiting :crying:

We had our baby boy almost 1 month ago , hopefully everything go smooth with the baby as our biggest proof showing how serious we are

Since you the US citizen father your fiance can file for a CRBA and get the baby it's US citizenship.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Since you the US citizen father your fiance can file for a CRBA and get the baby it's US citizenship.

yes i booked an appointment already at the end of May. They said i have to bring the baby along, so im going to be there for both of them on that day.
