USEM allows fiances into the interview the majority of the time.

Excellent to have him/her there regardless if they do or not as it shows additional evidence of having a bona fide relationship!

Have him ask the CO if you guys can pick up the visa naman. Works some of the time!

Filipino Prescreeners tend to show more respect for puti also.

If he can come, do it. I went and would never change a thing. Yes, I was allowed in the "interview" though it was no questions asked and handed back our original documents and said "everything with the visa is OK, you are approved and you wil get your visa in 7-10 days" It arrived in three days.

Of course you can. An american citizen can not be denied access to a US embassy

I'm just wondering if the CO will allow him to answer questions? or i'll be the one to answer all the questions?

No matter if Fil/Am or puti they stil respect Americans.

All depends on the CO if the fiance is questioned or not. I saw a rare case where the CO had known the petitioner from school days. As you can imagine the CO didn't ask the beneficiary much but talked to is "old buddy" the entire time. It was a "shoe in" for the bene!

Depending on the CO he may or may not be invited to attend the interview but he certainly can be there waiting with you. Good luck

A US Citizen can enter the USEM at any time they feel the need.

A Filipino Citizen must have a invite or an appointment.

It's an added bonus for the CO to see your fiance with you during the interview. Goodluck!
