plese help me.MY IV payment was delivered with this address Saint louis MO 63179 to USDA 790136 63179...Is my payment delivered at the correct address?The address I used was National Visa center Po box 790136 Saint louis MO 63179-0136.I deliverd my payment here in the Philippines through express mail in the post office.But when I track my payment in the USPS website it was delivered with that address USDA 790136 63179.

that is how the USPS would show it. the first numbers are the PO box and the second are the zip code. i wouldn't worry
