To make that more reliable, show us the facts and figures with the comparison of values/figures among countries which are identified of high number of killings...If they cannot show it, I'd consider that as mere hearsays...chismis!!!!... stories that can easily be invented to have attention and gain popularity of their printed material--Philstar.
