Is I-693 Medical form is required for K3 Visa? (K3 = who filed I-130 + I-129F), isn't the brown envelope that the immegration folks take from you on the airport will include the medical exam taken overseas plus the vaccination?

Any info please help :blink:

I reccomend you go to this site and find a local civil surgeon that can answer that questions. https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of...office_type=CIV

I brought in my stuff and they said my wife needs this shot and then to come back and they will do everything else for $50. I think they will do the shots too. But my insurance wasn't accepted there. If they say more than $50 call another one until you find one thats helpful. But no if you already did it you don't have to do the exam again. But maybe some vaccinations didn't get taken considering some need 2 or 3 vaccinations over a period of 6 months. So bring your DS-3025 (vaccination list) so they can reference it and figure it all out.

If your medical exam was more than one year old on the day your AOS is filed, then it has to be redone. Take the vaccination worksheet to the Civil Surgeon, because vaccinations don't have to be repeated, just updated, if there is a need. I understand prices vary, so ask what they charge when you call. We are figuring out what vaccinations my DIL still needs and getting them at the local health dept., along with her TST. Then she'll take her records to a civil surgeon I don't recommend doing that unless you're really familiar with immunization practices here in the US.

Thank you so much for the info Wanderingbeing & Thai Family :thumbs: , I am now trying to contact one of the Drs on the list, and I think I only need the vaccination, and I hope it can be done in a week or two not 6 months.

Thanks a gain! :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:
