What do I need to send in if my country does standard processing?

I hear different things... some say marriage certificate, police certificate and all that but that's only if it's not standard processing right?

I just need to bring all those documents when I go to the embassy for the interview as I understand it.

I know I have to send a copy of the biographical page in my passport, but do I also need to send a passport size photo?
