Hello Pinay VJ members. My medical is on Tuesday. Just wanna know if what are the forms needed on medical? When will I pay d VISA processing? Is the receipt also needed to submit to them together with the passport on my medical? And how long will it takes or undergo d medical check up? What hotel would you suggest that is close to St. Lukes Hosp? Any advise and suggestions are highly appreciated...Thank you Vey much and God Bless.

I just got my medical exam yesterday and everything went well!!!

I only gave the email notification from US Embassy, passport, and 2x2 colored pictures with white background.

they asked for my original letter from USEM but i just told them i havent reveice it yet.

Bring with you the NVC letter, passport, copy of NOA2 hardcopy, original letter from US embassy(snail mail), if you have it already or email confirmation from usem. And of course your medical exam fee which is $213.35. I paid 10,240.80 in philippine peso.

What about CEnomar, BC etc and petitioner's papers, we will not submit that on our medical day? Bcoz im planning to bring it with me, so, if not needed, il keep it first until my interview date. Ilang days ka ba sa St. Luke? thanks sa reply and good luck[/b].
