Hey guys

One on my friend who got P.3 for K-1 visa. 10 years ago she has record about amphetamine in her bag,she didnt sale but it's was from her frined .

Now she will send the p.3 to embassy.. Will she past interveiw ? or What she has to do now?

If it is found to be a basis for ineligibility for a visa, a waiver of inadmissibility would be required.

Was she arrested? The "it was for her friend" story is of no relevance if there was a conviction.

She might need a waiver and proof of sobriety.

No,she didnt sale it .It's was her friend but her friend put it in my friend's bag before she arrested.The police found out in the bag .She did punish and paid money then went to the court.
