Hi everyone,

Pls help, I plan on moving to Egypt in Juy for 6 months. Will this hurt my case?

I just applied in November for the I 130.

No

Thanks, was confused b/c someone told me that it could hurt it b/c i need to show that i have a stable income here. i do have that but will lose that when i move, and not sure if i will find a good job again once i get back with the economic crisis we are in right now.

If your income dosen't meet the threshold you will have a problem but going there while the petition is processed is not a problem.
