Did they go to window 37 after the consul`s interview? Window 37 will be the one to tell them the instructions to pay at Air 21 counter for the delivery. Maybe your mother didn`t notice her number being flashed again for window 37.

I was interviewed also yesterday jan. 28 and you really have to be attentive to the numbers flashing for your turn.

The air 21 slip was given to us at the beginning to be filled up but had to pay after the interview.

after visa approval, she needs to wait again and go to window 37,additonal instructions will be given there and then payment of visa delivery at the booth of air21. Does anybody knows how many days before the visa will be delivered?

Sounds like Air 21 doesn't have their act together yet. They just started being the courier for USEM. I'd call them!
