Question about the k1 vaccination supplement

Hello everyone!

I am applying for the AOS and I already had my medical examination done in my country. I know i just need the vaccination supplement, but how about if I don't have my vaccinations records from my country (I lost some paperwork while moving), do I have to get all of the vaccines from the Civil Surgeon? Or how can that be handled? Because the I-693 form has some areas where the civil surgeon has to fill information from my vaccinations records.

Hi,

I think that you will need to get the vaccinations appropriate for your age. I had my vaccinations translated in english and i guess couple were missing, so i had to get shots for the ones he didn't see on my list. That is what happend to me.

A blood test can determine which diseases you have an immunity to. The immunity can be a result of either having had the disease or receiving a vaccination. If you have immunity there is no need to get another shot.

But, I think Polio is not covered in most blood tests. You would need to get a booster shot if you do not have any documentation showing previous vaccinations.
