Thanks for ur informations. How will i receive the I-864 package? By email or mail?

Once you have paid the AOS bill and it shows as "PAID" you will be able to print off the Barcode coversheet, you will also find a link on the same page that will take you to the forms you will need to file the AOS. If you do not want to wait for that then you can go and download the forms from the USCIS website.

If you have provided the NVC with email addresses for you and your spouce then you will not recieve anything in the snail mail you will get all the instructions and links to download forms in a email.

I listed my dad on my mums and mum on my dad's. I was unsure of that too and when I called NVC they told me to list them on each others forms.

Here is a copy of my answers to part 3. I did not list the other parent in #9 as I had said before, I thought I had but when I checked the saved form I did not. If you read the wording it says "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition" so I left it blank.

Part 5 Sponsor's Household Size

This section asks you to add together the number of persons for whom you are financially responsible. Some of these persons may not be residing with you. Make sure you do not count any individual more than once, since in some cases the same person could fit into two categories. For example, your spouse (whom you would enter on

line 21c) might also be alawful permanent resident whom you have already sponsored using Form I-864 (line 21f). If you included your spouse online 21c, do not include him or her again on line 21f.

This should answer your question.

As for 24e

If you have listed anyone in 24b because you need that persons income or assets to meet the 125% then you would need to either check 24d and get them to complete form I-864A OR if the name listed in 24b is the parent who is immigrating and you are using their income/assets you would complete 24e.

No you will not get anything in the mail. Once you have paid the affidavit of support fee online and it shows as paid you need to printout the barcode coversheet then follow the link that was given on the payment screen and print out all the forms for the AOS.

Make sure you include all the documents required for the AOS and then once you have it completed attatch the Barcode coversheet to it and mail it to the NVC using the address that is on the Barcode coversheet.
