Mga sis , ok lang ba na one day lang ang gap between my medical at interview? i plan kasi feb 9 and 10 for medical and 12 sa interview? sa 13 sana kaso lang Friday the 13 ehhhhhhhhh... any suggestions mga sis?

St lukes has to forward your results for your medical. It would be better if you have at least few days gap, if possible a week or two so by the time you'll have your interview, everything is situated already.

Hmmm Sis when you will call the USEM for scheduling for an interview ask them if its okey to have one day gap.

hi.

when i had my interview sa USEM may nameet ako na girl who had her medical exam the day before pa. she said SLEC made a few arrangements na matapos nya that day to have her interview kaagad at 7am the next day.

so i think its possible. but best to be sure, call SLEC. but sa palagay ko sis, you will be fine.

Hi chadherm. I am so happy that you have already received your NOA2 at the same time you are on your way to your interview. I'd like to ask sana if you already got the appointment letter from USEM. Kasi, ako til now I haven't received anything from USEM. My fiance received the notice from NVC last Jan. 7 stating that NVC will be forwarding na my petition paper to USEM. Just wondering why til now I haven't got any letter from USEM to think it's going 3 weeks na. I'm hesitant naman to call USEM right now kasi next week pa mapapadala ng fiance ko yung I-134 plus the supporting docs.

wala pa me appointment letter sis from US embassy..... plano ng fiance ko next week magpaschedule kami for feb interview.And i guess hindi pa nakatanngap ang fiance ko ng letter from NVC..... hindi ba pwedeng magset ng interview na wala pang appointment letter?

You have to make an appointment for the interview before you have your medical. Chances are, SLEC would tell you that the medical you had will only be valid for a month since you didn't have an interview date (just like the girl that I met who had her medical before she made an interview appointment, she's on a IR1--yan ang inadvise ng SLEC sa kanya).

And ang interview mo lang ang pwede magpabilis ng medical. Just like mine. Hehe.. Kung hindi pa within the week yung interview ko, chances are two weeks or more sana akong magstay sa Manila.

Its better if you have the medical exam a week before your interview , so that by the time of your interview the medical result is already forwarded to the Embassy. Your visa will only be issued if all the documents are ready.

I think it will still be okay to have a day apart gap but the consul will not be able to tell you right away if you passed or not since they have to wait for the medical.

When I scheduled our interview I was told that a week between the medical and the interview was required and the scheduler would not allow me any fewer days.

i had my medical jan 21-22.. slec gave me back my passport because my interview is so near on the 26th,, ill be the one to bring my passport to USEM on my interview day.. so if your confident that you wont have any probs with your medical then i guess its ok..

i would suggest you have the medical as early as you can just in case there are any problems.
