Case status USCIS online

We send our K1 package already October 28, got our NOA1 November 4th, 2008 and our case is still not updated on the USCIS website....is something wrong? Should we call the USCIS? We keep getting an error message on the case status online website...

I heard alot of cases are forwarded to VSC. How can you find out if its your case?

Get ready for the wait. You will be waiting months for any case status update. I was waiting 2 months before my case status got updated on the USCIS website & that is when they transferred our case from Vermont to California. I hate to say it, but its just a waiting game. And don't expect the processing times to be updated either...they haven't been updated since Sept. 30, 2008. Its better to just get with people on visajourney that filed around the same time as you and just keep an eye out for each other and you will have a better idea as to when things are being processed.

It sucks to wait...we all know that because we are in the same boat!

I don't know that they even enter the receipt NOA, I certainly know they didn't for lifting conditions, at least not for us.
