The VJ US Embassy / Consulate Info says that we need to fill out the DS 156 form... The Info pack said we need to fill out the DS 160 online. The Consulate web site also said they were implementing the DS 160 online. Just wanted to make sure it was the DS 160 online form to fill out before I chaged the info on VJ. Also they sent the following Checklist, DS-230, DS-156K, I-134 and instructions.. I just want to make sure what to send back. I know the checklist needs to be sent back but what else?

We got our packet 3 from Montreal, according to the letter it says the DS-230 Part 1 needs to be filled out and returned, along with the checklist and form DS-160 needs to be filled out online. Everything else, other forms and the checklist documents are brought with you to the interview. That's what I read from it all. Hopefully that's right! Good luck.

does it ask for a picture? then yes you have to have one..........

if you dont have one scanned then get one scanned? or go to a place where they can put it on a cd so you can put it on your computer.
