Hi,

Am trying to findout the number of times travelling is allowed with an AP. i am inbetween status as i have filed for my AOS which also include the EAD, i have only been approved of the AP and i still have my biometrics unscheduled. is it possible to reschedule the biometrics appointment if it comes when am out of the country???? can i travel as many times as i want while waiting for my EAD to come????? can someone help me out on this please.......Thanks..

You can reschedule your biometric appt once you received it...however, in order to do this you must be present in USA upon rescheduling because you need to mail your NOA for your bio appt to your local office and wait for the reply...if you missed your bio appt this will lead to denial or abandonment of your applications. I don't know if how many times you can travel out of USA using your AP. Good luck!
