I 485 Supplement Form A

Finally getting ready to Adjust status, and for some reason looked at the USCIS site and saw something called a I-485 Supplemental Form A. I didn't see it on the visajourney guides section. Did any other K-3 visa holders fill this out when adjusting status?

Finally getting ready to Adjust status, and for some reason looked at the USCIS site and saw something called a I-485 Supplemental Form A. I didn't see it on the visajourney guides section. Did any other K-3 visa holders fill this out when adjusting status?

You only fill the I-485A out if you are:

A. Alien crewmen;

B. Aliens who work without authorization;

C. Aliens in unlawful immigrant status;

D. Aliens who fail to continuously maintain a lawful status since entry into the United States;

E. Aliens who were admitted in transit without visa;

K3s fill out the 1-485 unless maybe you were busted for working illegally!
