My visa will gonna expire on May 16, 2009.. and we still ddnt apply yet.. coz we are waiting for my husband's 2008 taxes.. and my mom in law that will gonna do that affidavit of support is taking so long to do it =(.. what am i gonna do? am i not gonna pass? am i gonna go back to my country?.. PLS HELP! :crying:

This has nothing to do with US Citizenship, Movint this to AOS forum.

You entered the USA July 2007, your I-94 card should expire July 2009. The expiration date of your visa is the date that you must use the visa to enter the USA by, it has nothing to do with when you should file AOS, you have until your I-94 expires to do this and preserve your status.

K-3 can file to extend their visa using I-539 http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

Note: You WILL need to do a full I-693 medical to adjust status, the medical for the visa was good for only 1 year.
