Hi VJ's~ I am hoping someone here can tell me how this process works. I have a friend who is the beneficiary of a F2B and her visa priority date is about to come current. Their file has been sitting at NVC for the last few years, when her visa date is current does NVC send her a packet or will they forward the case to Manila and they will send her a packet. Her mom doesnt know and she just wants to start preparing but wasnt sure who she would hear from next. How does this process usually work out? Thanks for any clarification you can provide :star:
