ALBANY, N.Y. - A new poll shows New Yorkers now prefer Attorney General Andrew Cuomo over Caroline Kennedy for the U.S. Senate seat expected to be vacated by Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday found New York voters prefer Cuomo 31 percent to 24 percent over Kennedy, the daughter of President John F. Kennedy.

The results come even as Cuomo has refused to say he is seeking the job.

Really. It would be a shame if Paterson gave her the job. If she wants it, she should run for it... but she has said she won't run for it

if you polled Illinois residents, how many of them favored Burris?

The Governor will choose someone based on party lines and what he/she expects from a candidate. I believe it is too much power for one person to hold and the law should be change to have special elections.
