Hi all,

My husband has his interview in Tirana, Albania on 1/29/09 (thank god!). All information was submitted to the NVC, including marriage certificate, birth, police certificates, etc.... we received that check-list letter that came with the appointment letter that stated NVC received everything it needed and all was correct. My question is, if the NVC sends the stuff to the consulate already, will my husband be asked for any of it at the interview? Does he need to get another marriage certificate, and bring another birth certificate? (The police certificates would be just ridiculous to get again...!). I figured he would just bring that check-list to show them everything was submitted already.

He's just planning on bringing pics, emails, phone calls, a few letters. Can you guys think of anything else?

You do not need to bring any documents to the interview. The NVC will send all of the documents to the consulate and the consulate will return the originals to your husband at the interview.

He only needs to bring the checklist and interview letter/information that was sent from the NVC
