I certainly expected an RFE from USCIS but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! They received my package, cashed my check and then sent me and my two young sons our extension letter for 1 year while they process our 10 year green cards. Let me tell you............it has never been that easy for us.

I just hope you all have the same luck.

Hey Mich3,Congrats on getting your extension letter. I don't want to dissapoint you but RFE can be received anytime from sending application to right before approval. Hopefully you will not get RFE and will be approved soon. Best of luck to you.

06/28/10 Oath Ceremony. I am a U.S Citizen!!!

Congrats on recieving all ext letters........my 22 yr old recieved his.....but I am still waiting on mine, and I think in order to renew my license i need that letter....which i need by friday...lol.....quess i need to make an info pass.......

20 yr olds GREEN CARD COMES!!!!!...he is safe....04/09

good to go until dec of 2008!!!!!!

my son lance joined the vermont national guard..04/25/07

he is leaving for oklahoma for basic training...09/19/07

graduated basic, left for texas to study to become a medic.......12/03/07

he is now a certified medic!!!!......
