If any of you have an idea about POE in Newark, let me know. Do they stamp temporary EAD upon entry there? (I've heard there are states that does that at POE) Will I be fine in Newark? Yaaayyy!

JFK is the only POE that stamps EAD once you enter the USA.

It is only good for 90 days or until you get married.

After you get married you can file your AOS.

We filed AOS about 2 months ago, My wife has rec'd her EAD and AP notice of approval this week and we did not go to a interview.....
