Hello my fellow vj, im gathering my papers now for my AOS, and i have question here on my vaccination sheet,

how do i know whats shots i need to get? coz i want to make calls to Surgeon first to ask how much was the cost before going there to get my shots?

plis help me, how do i know what shots i need, where to look on the worksheet? Thank you so much

what shots did you had in the Phils or what's on your vaccine report that were marked as completed? As for my vaccine report, the TDAP and MMR were marked as completed and i had VH history and other vaccines are still not age appropriate. I had these shots last aug 2008. We just went to the civil surgeon to have my vaccine report from PI be transfered to form I-693 and we paid $45 for it, some jv members paid less.

hi,if ever na dala mo yong white record tingnan mo doon kung anong kalsend vaccination ang itinurok sayo,usually hepa b pag isa lang.pero pag dalawa either flue shots or for bulutong tubig hehehe makikita mo doon sa record at ipapakita mo na rin sa doctor mo dito alam na nila yon basta diyan sayo ang record.if you dont have that record with you from st/luke,im sure flue shots ang need mo.
