I have not posted here in a while. Happy New Year to everyone. I have a slight problem. My wife and myself are about to file our AOS, but to our disbelieve we lost her medical record from St Lukes in Manila. I am worried because she is about 6 months pregnant and I am worried she as to take all her vaccinations again at a local Civil surgeon office. Is it possible to ( this might be wishful thinking) to have St Lukes either fax or email us a copy of her vaccination report? As anyone experience this situation before? I have always trusted the good advice I have gotten from this forum. All responses will greatly appreciated.

Thanks Again,

I guess you could try to contact St. Lukes to see if they still have the vaccination records.
