my marriage is pretty much didnt work!! b/c my husband he cheated me

since got we married . does anyone expirienced this

situition: i was married at march 3

.. then next day he needs to go back to the U.S,, need extra

time because i live at Cebu he needs to fly at manila when he is in

manila he stay at hotel for a night then he spend sometime at

Bar he meet a woman he envite at hotel having some

fun. then when he go back to U.S .. they keep communicating over

email...they communicating for pretty much long run....one day .. not

to intent to open his emails ... shocking different emails

from different woman.. most email from the girl he meet

at bar.. one stupid msg he ask*** did i make u

pregnant when i was there ///did i....***other shockng emails i

discover he post himself to the craigslist m4m .. of course he

meet some men because they exchange number..bear in

mind his army.. what you guys think with this... i cant deal this

anymore!!!! so my question can i file removal of CR without

knowing him?what are those documents needed to prove

without hime? i have little one..

please please i need advice

Sounds like you wanted to get to the US bad. Accepting he had sex with another lady the next night after your wedding!!!

Not acceptable in any way to me. I guess I'm to old.

Unless he divorces you you will have a TOUGH time removing conditions. You will have to prove you entered the marriage with good faith and not just to get to the US.
