How can I pay the AOS fee? one check for $1010 or two separate check for the biometric and I-485 ?

For the Medical exam.

I already did med.exam last time for my K3 before I came to the US. But the result was being sent straight to the embassy. the only record I get from the hospital is a vaccination record copy. Do I need to have another med.exam for this I-485? or I need to include my copy of vaccination record only, on this I-485?

one check of $1010..go to a uscis designated civil surgeon and have your vaccination records transcribed to the I-693..

N400 Timeline:

4/14/12- 3rd yr as PR

1/17/12- mailed packet

Biometrics-- waived

4/25/12- interview- passed & took my oath the same day!!-- US Citizen!!!

My N400 Journey took 3months & 8days!:)
