Other Names Used

A bit of a details question here regarding the section of the I-751, part 3 question 1, Other Names Used (including maiden name).

My wife is Vietnamese and her maiden name sequence is first-first-middle-last. In Vietnam they list and go by the reverse (i.e. last-middle-first-first). So on the I-751 I listed her maiden name in both formats listed above.

As I got to looking through some of our evidence, I noticed that her name was listed on the checking account as first-first-married last name.

The legal name we listed on the I-485, and that is on her permanent resident card, is first-middle-married last name. She dropped one of her first names.

For the "Other Names Used" question, should I include any way her name has been interpreted or used on any document since arriving in the United States?
