Hello All!

I've read some posts here of those who got annuled prior to their K1 petition.

Just wanna what are the requirements to get a CENOMAR if you were divorced or annuled?

My aunt was in K1 before and got married in Germany. Now, they are divorced after 2 years. Marriage didn't work out.

Now, she found someone she could spent her life. Her Mr. Right.

They already have plans in getting married. The only thing that is getting in the way is the CENOMAR.

I only have a faxed copy of her TRANSLATED CERTIFICATION OF DIVORCE AND AUTHORIZATION LETTER with my name on it.

I'm gonna take it with to Manila on Jan 5 and do this for her because she's at Germany right now.

Will these be enough?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

you can apply CENOMAR online...all you need to have is 25 us dollars..but by credit card....
