Good Hello Everybody! :yes:

I have a question...

Merly was instructed by the doctor at St.Lukes during her medical exam that she should have her final injections when she arrives. Does anybody have more information regarding when and where this should take place? What documents she would need?

Claudeth took the DS3025 with her to the civil surgeon and he gave her a tetanus shot and filled out the supplemental, sealed it and gave us a copy.

check out the public health clinics in your area..she needs to bring her vaccination record with her when she go there...then go a civil surgeon to have those records transcribed to the I-693 form..

4/14/12- 3rd yr as PR

1/17/12- mailed packet

Biometrics-- waived

4/25/12- interview- passed & took my oath the same day!!-- US Citizen!!!

My N400 Journey took 3months & 8days!:)

She got her TD shot when she went to Kaiser for her first check-up. We took the receipt, along with the shot record she received at St. Lukes, to the AOS interview. That seemed to satisfy the interviewer, and he approved our AOS right then and there, no issues.

visit uscis website because they have the list of recommended surgeon. but, usually she can take it in the city health department.

Naturalization

01-04-2012 --- N400 sent

01-11-2012 --- Check Cashed

01-10-2012 --- NOA1

02-07-2012 --- Biometrics

02-14-2012 --- Yellow Letter (it says "bring any state issued ID" for interview)

02-24-2012 --- Placed in line for Interview Scheduling

02-27-2012 --- Interview Letter sent out

03-02-2012 --- Interview Letter received

04-02-2012 --- INTERVIEW- passed!

05-01-2012 --- Oath scheduled/ Oath Letter Sent

05-16-2012 --- Oath Taking! I am now a USC!!!
