It's been about a year and a half since I had my first examination for my K-1 and moved to Florida and got married to my husband. We had to delay filing because we were paying off the wedding. Since it's been so long, I know I need another medical examination, right? I called USCIS customer service, and using their locator, arranged for an examination next Wednesday. I had spoken to someone at customer service in hopes of finding out if there was anything special I needed to bring in with me for this (if it was different from the first time), but the fellow I spoke to said only my husband could ask about that, not me as the beneficiary.

Is it the same as before? Should I bring in my prior examination records? Or do I just need my immunization records? Any information is appreciated. (I assume it's the same fee, right?)

Edit because I didn't read your whole question. :) I would bring all of the information you can...they might not need it, but at least you won't have to worry about it.
