Hi

I have a few questions about this filling of form.

1. Is it possible to have relatives(like first cousins, aunts etc) & not friends to sign the affidavits stating they know us since my wife arrived here. We don't have close friends here who knew us for last 1.5 years)

2. I have most documents (joint house lease, joint name on utility bill, health insurance for both of us, trip / itenaries /receipts/ fotos of cruise , joint income tax return for 3 yr etc) but we don't have a joint bank account. will this matter?

thanks

We had more relatives then friends write our affidavits.

You need to bombard them with joint things. As much as you can. There really is no wrong or right thing to send. If you doubt, open one.

Good luck to you.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

As someone mentioned, instruction says that affidavit from friends' are optional as long as you have other strong evidence of joint relation. We dont plan to submit any affidavit as I have all other evidence docs. But its up to you, I dont have much of experience like others....good luck
