I-693 medical examination question

So, I did a medical exam with a civil surgeon a month ago... And the skin test came out positive but the x-ray was clear so he checked the Latent TB box and didn't think I needed a referral for followup to the health department or recommend I take any antibiotics, so he didn't have a problem signing off on the I-693. I read over the the guidelines for Civil Surgeons on the USCIS website and it says that it is recommended that civil surgeons recommend/refer treatment for a Latent TB infection, but says it is not necessary to sign the I-693...

Just curious if anyone has been in the same situation and received an RFE or had issues at the interview. I would have complied with any referral or treatment recommended if the CS had actually recommended them or filled out the referral portion on the I-693; however, I am assuming the CS knows what he is doing, since he seemed competent. I'm wondering if I should ask my primary provider if I should get treatment so I can get some documentation ready in case I get an RFE or if I'm asked about it at a later date (like the interview).
