hello everyone..please enlighten me ...Here is my case..I got married with my ex husband in 2002, since December of last year we have been living our separate lives.I got my citizenship last july and in august he filed a divorce;he has his own life and I have mine too..this february 2 our divorce will be effective. Now here is my question..I met my fiancé now wayback in highschool..he was my classmate in senior but we never got the chance to be close/acquainted.after graduation,I never heard from his whereabouts..we led our own lives..I got married and divorced..just last September, I was surprised wen I got an invitation from him adding me as one of his friends(social networking site) I was surprised to hear from him..from then on we started to communicate.voicechatting with webcamera..we really enjoyed talking to each other and realized that we are fast becoming more than friends..I'm planning to visit him in January for 6wks. Would I raise a red flag if I file in February 5 while I'm there??please help!!!

Shouldn't be any problems. Better to wait to file when you come back home. Mail from PI to US can get lost. Who knows? The shoe may not fit ! If all goes well just have him fill out the G325As and a Letter of intent to marry. Have him get the necessary NSO documents naman. including a CENOMAR.

Take LOTS of pictures when you are there. Digtal and throwaway cams both.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
