I sure wish we will have lechon.. but that will be too much for the people here.. they don't want to see the head of the pig or the whole roasted pig on the table... kahit nga isda takot silang makita yong head and tail.. they just don't know what they are missing.

my hubby said.. arent u gonna remove the head, tail and the bones??

I like the lechon nad lumpia shanghai idea. I love roasted pig dont care if it has a head still on it or not lolz. Well next year Radz will be hear so dont have to microwave christmas dinner, but if the weather permits I may grill out a steak this year after I get off work.

Atta boy, Stebo! Steak ... porterhouse or T-bone or even just top sirloin marinated overnight in mesquite sauce and grilled over lava coals. With Caesar salad, potatoes, garlic bread and Sonoma County cabernet sauvignon. Now, tengo hambre. I wish Pilar is with me now!
