Timeline

i will be leaving next week, aside form the visa packet, xray film, passport with visa, are there any documents i need to bring? CENOMAR? birth certificate?

A couple NSO certified BCs plus a bottle of certified bagoong!! :blink:


K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Since I believe you're a nursing grad, I suggest you bring your reviewers also - original not photocopied or burned CDs.

thanks alot! muaaah.. :luv: i heard some rumors from my friends that a filipino nurse brought some photocopied books bought in recto and was deported. once caught are they really going to deport you or just pay some fines?

do all immigrant visa holders need to apply for AOS? my sister received her SSN and GC few weeks after she arrived..
