I heard that it might take different time to get green card in different states.

We are going to get K1 visa and get married in the US soon, so I am very interested to know how long it will take to get the EAD and green card.

We are in Austin, TX.

If anyone knows anything about this, please kindly help us. Or if there is any information I can refer to on the Internet, please let me know too.

Thank you very much.

EAD can take up to 90 days to get. Green-card can take 4 months to over a year depending on if transferred to CSC for approval, or transfered to field office for interview, then it's up to the backlog at the field office or CSC.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.
