Ok I am a little worried that I wont have enough evidence. This is what I have....

I made a scrapbook of us while I was in england with the pictures of us beginning from the first time Keith came to the US up through the last weekend I was with him in England . In there I dont have alot of photos with our families as we didnt spend alot of time with them. I do have some of thanksgiving last year with my sister and of xmas last year with my girls and he was in them all. While in England I did get a couple of his family but they hate having there photos taken so was difficult. I did get some of us with his son while at the zoo.

Keith visited me 3 times in 07 through 08 and I stayed with him in England for the last 6 months. I put my plane ticket in the scrapbook but I am not sure if he has all of his from his trips. I know he has 2 of them.

I dont have emails as we really didnt do that because we spent all of our time together in Second Life, the game that we met on. I dont have phone records because he would call me on his cell phone which is prepaid or I would call him on skype etc. I tried to get the logs for that but they only go back 6 months so they are all gone where I was with him for the last 6 months.

I have emails to his work now that I have been home but they are just good mornings and stuff like that , not detailed letters as such.

I have been reading here on the forums of people taking alot of proof with them, Do we have enough??

I need a valium and a shot of whiskey LOL I am going mad over this , Keith thinks I am so calm as I have to keep him calm but when he goes to bed I pull my hair out lol..

thanks

Chelle

Don't worry about it I'm sure you will have enough. As long as you have evidence to show you were in a relationship between filing the I-129F up to the embassy you should be good. I'll probably get flamed for this but the London Embassy is renouned for not requesting to see ongoing evidence. Just let him take what you have, even those little emails as it shows communication.

You're going to be disappointed when London doesn't ask to see your scrapbook you've wound yourself up over. They don't usually ask for proof of an ongoing relationship or that second letter of intent to marry. We clipped together a "scrapbook" of sorts that just had two photos in London, train and theatre tickets and a boarding pass. One photo was outside the theatre to match the tickets. It was just in a folder like for a school report. They didn't look at it.

You should be going over your list of paperwork and making sure those are all in order especially the Affidavit of Support. Did you read all the reviews? http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.p...nited%20Kingdom

There's alot of people that mention "they didn't even want to look at my nice scrapbook."

Don't worry about it. I'm suppose to be the calm and rational one too... this process can and will take it's toll on the very best of us. ;)

Like Nich stated, it's very likely your scrapbook wont even be asked for at the interview. Proof of bona-fide is important but usually a much greater concern at higher fraud posts.

It will be a nice keepsake for you though. :)

Congratulations and good luck at your interview.

thankyou for the replies, I guess I just need to chill out and relax a little.

The problem is I really dont know what is needed other then the proof , I am waiting for my friend to return the cosponsor papers to me so that i can get them to keith and I guess we have to wait for the packet 3 to arrive to find out what else. I called and they said that they mailed the packet out but he still hasnt got it yet. Hopefully today it will be there.

I believe everything you need is downloadable anyway.

Nich is one of the resident experts on London and I know she printed out all the forms instead of waiting.... hopefully she'll stop back in.

Also, are you aware that, even though you're using a co-sponsor, you are still the primary sponsor for your fiance and will also need a notorized affidavit and supporting documents? Read the FAQ. ;) Everything else you need to send as USC fiance is listed in the GUIDE.

You are so right, kim! The VJ guides really are invaluable. I just printed the lists off at each step and checked the items off the list as I gathered them. We had no problems from I12f to K1 to AOS. I highly recommend following them and then ask questions if you are confused.

This is what the UK citizen does

A little about the interview

http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/iv/kinterview.html

The documents of the "checklist" http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/iv/docs169.html

Not all will apply to every person. Like if you weren't in the military then you don't need that. If never arrested, you don't need a court record. And so on..... pick out what applies to your situation.
