What location to I put for my marriage

Hello,

I know this is a stupid question but I want everything to be correct on my I-129f to get my wifes visa. I need to know what to put for place of marriage is it the city or the country because, unlike the other questions it does not ask for a city just place. So does that mean city and country, just city or just country? Thank you for the help and again sorry for the stupid question.
